Data Deletion and Account Termination

We respect your right to control your personal information. If you wish to delete your account and associated data, please follow the steps below:

How to Request Deletion

To initiate a data deletion request, you must contact our support team via email. To ensure we identify the correct account, please include one of the following in your request:

  • Your Account ID: You can find this unique identifier within the Settings page of the mobile application.

  • A Screenshot: Alternatively, you may attach a screenshot of your Settings screen clearly displaying your account details.

Process and Timeline

  1. Submission: Send your request to contacto@ricardohs.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.”

  2. Verification: We will verify your identity using the provided Account ID or screenshot to prevent unauthorized deletions.

  3. Completion: Once verified, we will permanently delete your personal data from our active databases within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain certain information (such as for tax or regulatory compliance).


Note: Please be aware that deleting your data is permanent. Once the process is complete, you will lose access to your account history, saved preferences, and any associated services.
